But its good for me....

So... life with two children has proven to me that things can get a bit hectic. Today when I was in Laine's room with him changing him, Mr. Landon Jack was helping him self to the coffee creamer. When I came out and asked him what he was doing. He replied with,"but cream is good for me mom." Really? Then he asked me for a glass for it. Gross, can you imagine pouring french vanilla creamer in a glass and putting it down like milk.... no thanks!!! Thats my Landon Jack story for the day.....stay tune... im sure there will be plenty more!

Welcome to the Jungle

These are three quilts that people made for Laine. The 1st one is made by Sarah Mauws, the 2nd one, by Aunt Bonnie, and the 3rd by one of my moms friends Sue Caldwell. They are beautiful and mean so much to us. It really means alot getting stuff made from the heart! Thanks to everyone.

Kristi Mauws and Sarah Mauws put on a wonderful baby shower for me yesterday, here in Judith Gap. They did a "WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE" theme. Since thats what Laine's bed room is. They put a lot of time and thought into it. It was so nice. We had a wonderful fruit pizza and some very yummy punch. Thank you Kristi and Sarah, you both truely are great friends and I cant tell you how much it means to me that you did that for Laine and I. It really means alot to have you both in my life. Thanks again!!!

Laine was 4 weeks on Friday.... where has the time gone? He had a check up on Thursday and weighed in at 9lbs 3.5oz. and 22.5 inchs long. He is in the 90th% of his height and the 40th% of his weight. Tall and skinny like his brother!! Dr. Comes thinks he might have a little acid reflux like Landon did. So we have started Laine on Zantac. Another baby of mine on meds already. But if it helps, we arent complaining.
Landon is showing off his new swimming outfit. We just got it for him, because this kid has no fear of water, and Shawns mom and dad have a pool in their yard. So we want to be on the safe side. He was pretty proud of him self in it!!!

Easter Day

On Easter we went to church in Stanford, and enjoyed a nice Easter service. Then we went to Lewistown to my Uncle Darvins and Aunt Staceys. It was a beautiful day, filled with good food, family and hiding eggs for Landon. We couldn't keep Landon inside if we tried so most of the after noon, Aunt Bonnie and Grandma Jo sat outside with him and hid eggs for him. He really enjoyed that. I tried to get a picture of the boys together in their Easter outfits, but there was never a time that they were both clean and happy. So I did what i could. They looked so cute. Landon is getting to be such a big boy. And Laine couldn't have been any cuter! We hope everyone had a nice Easter as well, filled with blessings.

Coloring Eggs...

Saturday before Easter Landon, Laine and I went to Stanford to the Easter Egg Hunt, and to spend the day with my mom and dad since Shawn had to work. Landon had fun at the egg hunt. There was alot of kids and it was a beautiful day. Then we colored eggs at mom and dads. Landon sure had fun doing that with Papa and Justin.

My Boys

Laine is 12 days old today. He is doing great. He goes to the doctor tomorrow for a weight check because he hadn't gained any weight since his he left the hospital. So im crossing my fingers that he has put on some weight. We will get to take back the billy light tomorrow for his jaundice too. That is kinda a pain to keep him hooked up to a machine all the time. We went to visit my mom and dad in Stanford yesterday. It was my first outing alone with my two boys. It went well. My brother Justin is home on spring break, but had his tonsils out. So he isnt enjoying spring break all that much.
Landon is really starting to adjust to the fact that Laine is here to stay. He wants to hold him as soon as he gets up, and he gives him toys all the time. He hasnt quite figured out that he is to small to play with them yet. But before I know it they will be playing together.
